This gown was worn just before Limousin became famous for its limouge porcelain. Made of cotton velveteen and half-lined in satin, this gown has sleeves that tie on with ribbon. You can wear the gown with or without the sleeves, a nice option for hot days, or try new sleeves with your gown. The bodice does the job of a corset to lift the bosom and hold in the tummy. We recommend any of our chemises with this gown.
Our gowns are made from soft cotton velveteen in jewel-tone colors with shimmering satin linings and colorful trimmings. Authentic lacing up the sides of the gowns tucks the tummy and lifts the bosom, eliminating the need for a bra and, in most cases, even a corset.
